Notes

'May Frost' peony (Paeonia 'May Frost') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double deep pink blooms have frosted pink edges, and the strong stems hold them up well. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers. Lyman D. Glasscock bred it.

Pairs well with Praying Hands hosta, Nodding onion, and Switchgrass.
