'Meehanii' rose of sharon (Hibiscus syriacus 'Meehanii') is a shrub for pollinator gardens and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet soil. It grows at a rapid rate and draws butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer tend to browse other plants first.
