Notes
'Mirabelle' clematis (Clematis 'Mirabelle') is a vine for containers, cottage gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. Its pink flowers have darker veining and purple anthers, with ripples in the petals as they open. Stems reach 3 to 4 feet, so it suits pots and small spaces. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.
Pairs well with Garden phlox, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Green Spice coral bells.
