Notes

Moonflower (Ipomoea alba) is a vine for privacy screens, containers, and cottage gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It sits low on the menu for deer. Its fragrant white flowers draw bees and open from summer into autumn, and the vine climbs fast, so give it a sturdy support.

Pairs well with Cup and saucer vine, Mexican bush sage, and Lantana.
