Notes

Morning glory (Ipomoea purpurea) is an annual for pollinator gardens, containers, and annual beds. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and dry to wet soil of most types. It sits low on the menu for deer. Purple flowers with white throats attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds.

Pairs well with Hollyhock, Celosia, and Creeping zinnia.

Mexico.
