Notes
'Morning Star White Armeria Maritima' thrift (Armeria maritima 'Morning Star White Armeria Maritima') is a perennial for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry soil of most types. It blooms in early to late spring and attracts butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. The evergreen foliage also tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Munstead lavender, Elijah Blue blue fescue, and Broad-leaf stonecrop.
