Notes

'Moulin Rouge' rose (Rosa 'Moulin Rouge') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The short, bushy, upright plant bears fragrant, medium red blooms from late spring to early autumn, and bees visit the flowers. Meilland Intl. introduced it in 1952.

Pairs well with Blue-eyed grass, Switchgrass, and Clematis.
