Notes

'Mrs. Shaylor Force' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Mrs. Shaylor Force') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, fully double flowers are creamy white with a faint glow of pale lemon in the depths. They open from mid to late spring into early summer and are fragrant. Egbert Jerome Shaylor bred it.

Pairs well with Francee hosta, Indian Summer rudbeckia, and Pink Impression tulip.
