Notes
'Music Approx.' garlic (Allium sativum 'Music Approx.') is a vegetable for containers and food gardens that needs little care. It is typically grown as an annual. It ranks among the more cold-hardy crops, and with some winter protection it keeps growing through light freezes. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Garlic takes 290 days to reach maturity.
Pairs well with Honeoye strawberry, Asparagus, and Butternut squash.
