Notes

'Mystic Rose' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Mystic Rose') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its semi-double blooms open rose-pink with peach shading and age to cream. Each stem carries one bud, and the stems stay strong. Roy G. Klehm bred it, and it grows about 28 inches tall.

Pairs well with Rainbow's End hosta, Pink Impression tulip, and Cinnamon fern.
