Notes

'Neon' rose (Rosa 'Neon') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, hedges, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The deep pink blooms are fragrant and attract bees. They open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. W. P. Waterhouse bred it, and its dark green leaves set off the flowers.

Pairs well with Butterfly bush, Lily, and Jackmanii clematis.
