Notes

'Nina Secor' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Nina Secor') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The pure white double flowers have a yellow glow in the center and a fine crimson edge on a few petals. They bloom in mid to late spring and carry a fragrance. Stems are crooked, so give them support.

Pairs well with Aromatic aster, Queen of Night tulip, and Garlic chives.
