Notes

'Noble' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Noble') is a tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. Its columnar shape suits smaller spaces, and butterflies and bees visit the spring flowers. You grow it for fresh eating and pick the fruit in mid season. It is not self-fertile, so plant a second cherry nearby for pollination.

Pairs well with Maiden pink, Thalia daffodil, Smooth aster, and Royal fern.
