Notes

'Oiseau Bleu' rose of sharon (Hibiscus syriacus 'Oiseau Bleu') is a shrub for borders, hedges, accents, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet soil of most types. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows fast and tolerates drought and salt. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Blue wild indigo, Yarrow, and Smoketree.
