Notes

'Olives and Grapes' peony (Paeonia 'Olives and Grapes') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deep pink, semi-double flowers have ruffled guard petals, and the upright plants need no support. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Joshua Scholten bred it.

Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Prairie dropseed, Pale purple coneflower, and Christmas fern.
