Notes

'Olympic Torch' rose (Rosa 'Olympic Torch') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright plant bears fragrant red blend blooms from early to late summer, and bees visit them. Seizo Suzuki bred it, and it is a cross of 'Rose Gaujard' and 'Crimson Glory'.

Pairs well with Mountain mint, Little bluestem, and Niobe clematis.
