Notes

'Osceola' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Osceola') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The Japanese type flowers have blush pink outer petals. The center holds long, light yellow staminodes touched with pink, and the stigmas are red.

Pairs well with Knapweed, Bobo hydrangea, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Western sword fern.
