Notes

'Over Easy' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Over Easy') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The white flowers have large yellow centers and a slight fragrance, and each stem carries four blooms in late spring. Upright stems reach 30 inches, so give them support. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Francee hosta, Scentara Double Blue lilac, and Little Beauty tulip.
