Notes

'Pan' peony (Paeonia 'Pan') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Its fragrant, light yellow double blooms open in spring and early summer and attract butterflies. Nate Bremer bred it. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Blue flag, and Cardinal flower.
