Notes
'Peachblow' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Peachblow') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It blooms early, just after the officinalis peonies, and some years at the same time. The semi-double and double flowers are a delicate peach pink and measure seven to eight inches across. Stems grow about two and a half feet tall.
Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Incrediball Storm Proof smooth hydrangea, and Black Hero tulip.
