Notes

'Pele' rose (Rosa 'Pele') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its white, fragrant flowers open from early to late summer. Bees visit the blooms, and the upright plants have medium green leaves. Frank A. Benardella bred it.

Pairs well with Festiva Maxima peony, Blue fescue, and Fragrant Bouquet hosta.
