Notes

'Pendula' Serbian spruce (Picea omorika 'Pendula') is an evergreen tree for specimen planting, accent, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its arching form grows slowly and attracts birds. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Give it plenty of room to reach its full size.

Pairs well with Berry Poppins winterberry, Winter aconite, and Wintergreen.
