Notes

'Peppermint Swirl' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Peppermint Swirl') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double blooms are white stippled with light pink and have red stripes on the outer petals. They are fragrant, and the strong stems hold them up well. William J. Seidl bred it in 1996.

Pairs well with Purrsian Blue nepeta, Hairy aster, and Pink Impression tulip.
