Notes

'Peter Cottontail' sneezewort (Achillea ptarmica 'Peter Cottontail') is a perennial for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Large ivory white flowers rise on long stems above a low mound of finely textured green foliage. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms, and the plant tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Coneflower, Shasta daisy, and Bee balm.
