Notes

'Petite Negra' fig (Ficus carica 'Petite Negra') is a shrub for containers and food gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. It is a dwarf fig that produces well in a small pot. The fruit appears early, is dark purple, and is medium in size. In colder areas, you can grow it as a winter houseplant and move it to the patio in summer.

Pairs well with Persimmon, Snapdragon, and Fountain grass.
