Notes

'Petite Wonder' spotted beebalm (Monarda 'Petite Wonder') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, cottage gardens, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its light pink, fragrant flowers open in early to late summer and draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It stays small at 9 to 12 inches tall and wide.

Pairs well with Joe Pye weed, Big bluestem, and Ostrich fern.
