Notes

'Pink Bonnet' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Pink Bonnet') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single, clear light pink flowers have cupped petals shaped like a tulip. It is one of the first of its group to bloom. Ernest Flint Kelsey bred it.

Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, Pink Impression tulip, and Sensitive fern.
