Notes

Pink lily leek (Allium oreophilum) is a bulb for rock gardens, borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Bees and butterflies visit the fragrant flowers, and the loose clusters have only a few blooms. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Drought tolerance makes it an easy plant to keep.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Sundrops, and Cheyenne Spirit echinacea.
