Notes

'Pos1' silk tree (Albizia julibrissin 'Pos1') is a rapid growing, multi-stemmed tree. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant flowers appear in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, and they attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer tend to pass it by. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Fountain grass, September Charm anemone, and The President clematis.
