Notes

'Pranciškaus Dvispalvis' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Pranciškaus Dvispalvis') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single, soft purplish-pink flowers have a pleasant fragrance and open in mid to late spring. New foliage emerges deep purplish red and matures to green. Stems grow upright to 39 inches, so give them support when in flower.

Pairs well with Bobo hydrangea, Cinnamon fern, Spotted dead nettle, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
