Notes
'Président Lambinon' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Président Lambinon') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The blooms are amaranth with white edges, so they look bold in a border or a vase. Cut a few stems to bring the color indoors. Lambert Jacob-Makoy bred it.
Pairs well with Halcyon hosta, Little Lime panicle hydrangea, and Cinnamon fern.
