Notes
'Prime Minister' garden phlox (Phlox paniculata 'Prime Minister') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. The white flowers have a red eye and a sweet scent. They bloom from early to late summer and again in early autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms.
