Notes

'Prinsesse Marie' rose (Rosa 'Prinsesse Marie') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright canes reach about 100 to 150 inches tall and carry dark green leaves. Fragrant orange blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and into early autumn. Bees visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Sarah Bernhardt peony, Blue fescue, and Nelly Moser clematis.
