Notes

'Purple Moon' rose (Rosa 'Purple Moon') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub bears fragrant mauve blooms in late spring, again from early to late summer, and into early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Colin Dickson bred it in 2014.

Pairs well with Fragrant Bouquet hosta, Little bluestem, Niobe clematis, and Garlic chives.
