Notes

'Purple Parade' rose (Rosa 'Purple Parade') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The mauve blooms are fragrant and appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. L. Pernille Olesen bred it in 1996.

Pairs well with Bobo hydrangea, Jackmanii clematis, Fountain grass, and Purple Pillar rose of sharon.
