'QIS Light Blue' larkspur (Delphinium ajacis 'QIS Light Blue') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and containers. It grows well in cool weather and can ride out a light frost. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Lavender flowers open from early to late summer and attract butterflies and bees. Deer tend to pass it by. The series is excellent for cut-flower production.
Pairs well with Double Zahara Cherry zinnia, Rock soapwort, and Prickly poppy.
