Notes

'Queen Margrethe' rose (Rosa 'Queen Margrethe') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and loamy or clay soil. The compact plant grows 26 to 30 inches tall and 30 to 35 inches wide. Fragrant light pink flowers appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. L. Pernille Olesen bred it.

Pairs well with Inkberry, Wide Brim hosta, Bells of Ireland, and Niobe clematis.
