Notes
'Queen of Bartigons' tulip (Tulipa 'Queen of Bartigons') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The light red-pink flowers open from early to late spring and have a white base, blue edges, and yellow anthers. Plants reach about 22 inches tall, so they work well in the middle of a bed.
Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Fanal astilbe, and Ernest Markham clematis.
