Notes

'Queen of Diamonds' peony (Paeonia 'Queen of Diamonds') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Nate Bremer bred it. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The pink-red flowers are fragrant, and the strong stems need no support during bloom.

Pairs well with Blue Angel hosta, Prairie dropseed, and Culver’s root.
