Notes

'Queen of Sheba' tulip (Tulipa 'Queen of Sheba') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The blooms open in early to late spring. They glow brownish red with orange edges. The flowers stand about 24 inches tall, so they work well in a vase.

Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Many Happy Returns peony, and August Moon hosta.
