Notes

'Queeny Orange' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Queeny Orange') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and containers. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It grows fast to 24 to 36 inches tall and blooms from early to late summer and again in autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Snapdragon, Spider flower, and First Knight fountain grass.
