Notes

'Radiance' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Radiance') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single flowers are dark red and last well. Tall, stiff stems hold the blooms up in the garden.

Pairs well with Blue Angel hosta, Balloon flower, and Prairie dropseed.
