Notes
'Radiant Grandeur' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Radiant Grandeur') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant magenta anemone flowers open in mid to late spring and early summer. The upright stems reach about 33 inches and do not need support. Swenson Gardens bred it in 2025.
Pairs well with Spotted dead nettle, Cinnamon fern, and Scentara Double Blue lilac.
