Notes

'Radiant Raspberry' peony (Paeonia 'Radiant Raspberry') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, double, raspberry red flowers face upward and open at midseason. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The upright stems need no support, and Swenson Gardens introduced it in 2025.

Pairs well with Black chokeberry, Nodding onion, Sedge, and Christmas fern.
