Notes

'Red Cloud' eulalia (Miscanthus sinensis 'Red Cloud') is a grass for screens, specimens, and patio containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Narrow, arching leaves give rise to rose-gold plumes in summer and autumn. It sits low on the menu for deer. The flowers and foliage fade to straw-yellow over winter and help overwintering birds and insects.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Evelyn rose, and Snowdrop.
