Notes
'Reine Deluxe' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Reine Deluxe') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its fully double, high-crowned blossoms are soft apple blossom pink with occasional slight red edging. The stems are strong, the foliage looks good, and it blooms mid-season with plenty of flowers.
Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Brown-eyed Susan, and Lily of the valley.
