Notes
'Remembrance' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Remembrance') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The Anemone Japanese type flower has rose pink guard petals and soft salmon pink petaloids. The petaloids are flecked with pink and white and turn white with age. Mrs. Walter Campbell Lyman bred it.
Pairs well with Jack in the pulpit, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Cinnamon fern.
