Notes

'Rift Cottage' rose (Rosa 'Rift Cottage') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It stays bushy and small, with dark green leaves and fragrant apricot blooms. Flowers open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Mogens Nyegaard Olesen bred it in 2010.

Pairs well with Lemon thyme, Japanese forest grass, and Niobe clematis.
