Notes
'Ripple Effect' bergenia (Bergenia 'Ripple Effect') is a perennial for ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade. Its massive round leaves have serrated edges and wavy margins, and white flowers appear between them in early to late spring. Rabbits tend to pass it by. Mix it with other foliage types in the shady garden.
Pairs well with Lady fern, Rozanne crane's-bill, and Snowdrop.
