Notes

'River Mist' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'River Mist') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, double, ivory white blooms open in mid to late spring on tall plants. Each bloom has a fine, intense red wire edge on the central petals.

Pairs well with Wild geranium, Tickseed, Royal fern, and Pink Impression tulip.
